Alpaga 500 Nano

The Alpaga 500 Nano is an image analyzer that is used to provide high quality images with a true resolution of less than 500 nanometers which is substantially better than other available image analyzers.  Equipped with the VDD 270Pat., a vacuum disperser device, sample can be dispersed onto glass slides quickly and easily with as little as 0.1mg of  sample.  The Alpaga 500 then utilizes an advanced image analysis program called CALLISTAT to further calculate particle size distributions based on up to 16 different measurement parameters.  The most commonly employed parameters are: Sieve-Size, Width, Height, Equivalent Diameter, Roundness, Roughness, Elongation, Convexity, Reactivity, Crystallinity, Hole Detection, Volume, Area, Perimeter, Shape Factor, and Specific Surface.

Features:

  • Particle Size Range: 0.5 - 2,500 microns

  • Samples as small as 0.1 mg can be analyzed

  • Statistically valid sample measurements in less than 2 minutes

  • User defined particle count threshold

  • Real time data archiving of full high-resolution particle scans

  • 1392 x 1040 square pixel high-resolution camera with sensitivity of 0.3 lux

  • Monochromatic ultra-violet backlighting

  • Collimated light and telecentric lens

  • High pixel gray-scale gradient

  • A high speed shutter up to 1/200,000 of a second

  • A fixed camera and light source

Pharma Image Analyzer

The Pharma is more than just a microscope,  It is a system that combines an integrated vacuum dispersion device,  monochromatic collimated back-light for ideal contrast, telecentric lens for unrivalled image quality, new fast focus, magnification calibration before each analysis and advanced software for size and morphometric analysis.

High quality images with resolution of less than 500 nanaometers is attainable  since the entire system was designed to remove diffraction so that a clear, precise image of each particle’s outlines could quickly be revealed.

Zephyr Image Analyzer

Do you want fast sieve size analysis results?

If so, the Zephyr Automated Image Analyzer can help.  It has the ability to introduce 100's of grams of powder per minute with controlled orientation under a high-resolution camera.  An optimized size parameter allows for the determination of sieve sizes directly from the particle images.  These sizes will match the sieves sizes without correlation to actual sieve size analysis results.
