AccuSizer 780/AD Autodiluter

The AccuSizer 780/AD is the first fully automated, high resolution particle sizing instrument in its class. It uses the principle of light obscuration to count and size particles one at a time from 0.5 - 2500 microns. The 780/AD provides the true particle size distribution, clearly showing the details of the distribution that other technologies usually miss. Using a patented autodilution system it is no longer necessary to trade accuracy, sensitivity and resolution for speed.

AccuSizer 780/SIS Syringe Injection Sampler

The 780/SIS is capable of delivering extremely accurate volumetric sample aliquots for both sizing and contamination monitoring applications, such as USP 23 <788>. The 780/SIS is fully organic solvent compatible and can be used when solvent use must be kept to a minimum. A small footprint means that the 780/SIS can be used in a hood for insuring the cleanest environment.

AccuSizer 780/DPF Dry Powder Feeder

The AccuSizer 780/DPF Dry Powder Feeder is capable of dispersing and feeding a dry powder sample into a special light obscuration sensor, providing high resolution particle size analysis for dry materials. This unique instrument has a wide dynamic range, capable of sizing particles from 5 to 5000 microns with a single sensor.

AccuSizer 780/PALS Pressurized Automatic Liquid Sampler

The AccuSizer 780/PALS system is designed to deliver accurate volumes of viscous/volitale fluids through a light obscuration sensor at precise flow rates without cavitation. Improving on the design of earlier oil analysis instruments , the 780/PALS uses a PC-based software controller and is fully automated. Just place the samle on the test pad, click on the run icon and go. A built in test editor allows the user to compare test results to any written or user defined standard (ISO, USP, NAVAIR). Nonviscous fluids can also be sampled.
