AccuSizer 780 Process

ACCUSIZER 780/OL

The AccuSizer 780/OL (Online) was designed to take our laboratory instrumentation known for high sensitivity, accuracy, resolution and reproducibility, and carry it to the process line. Simple, customizable, computer- controlled fluid-sampling devices are used to grab a precise aliquot of the concentrated dispersion from the process stream and automatically dilute it to the optimal concentration. The resulting PSDs, with unique, single-particle resolution, are identical to those that historically could only be obtained in the research laboratory. No longer must cross-correlation algorithms and complex statistical tools be developed to compare laboratory findings with online results. Ideal for monitoring filtration steps or determining end points for size reduction processes like homogenization or grinding.

ACCUSIZER 780/APS

The 780/APS (Automatic Particle Sizer) is a fully automated single particle optical sizer designed for the research and/or quality control laboratory. An integrated sample capture valve, easy to use software, and user settable clean-up recipes allow the 780/APS to be used for lengthy, bench-top automated measurements. A filter-test-stand can be monitored over time to determine in the laboratory whether a filter meets the process specifications. Dispersion stability or agglomeration of a new product can be studied under precise laboratory conditions. This instrument can be coupled to our Autosampler for unattended batch analysis or multiple samples. This is a valuable tool for QC laboratories where sample throughput is extremely important.
