The 380/OL Online Submicron Particle Sizer was designed to take our laboratory instrumentation known for high precision, accuracy, resolution and reproduceability, and carry it to the process line.

Using our patented Autodilution system, a small aliquot of sample is captured automatically and exponentially diluted until an optimum concentration is achieved. The sample is then illuminated by a ruggedized and compact optical/detection system. The correlation function is analyzed by using our time-tested Gaussian and Nicomp algorithms to produce the same accurate particle size distributions as our laboratory systems. The Nicomp 380/OL is ideal for monitoring homogenization and polymerization processes. It can be combined with the Accusizer FX/OL to create a process monitoring system that not only measures mean diameters but oversized particles as well. This combination allows you to make sure your dispersion is not only the right size, but stable as well.

No longer must correlation algorithms and complex statistical tools be developed to compare laboratory findings with online results.
